Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £50,000+ £60,000 Bonus
Hybrid - 2 days a week min. London office).

I’m working with a leading financial services organisation that is looking for a Senior Change Analyst to join their Change & Delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving change across global projects and business-as-usual (BAU) initiatives, collaborating with teams in the UK, EMEA, US, and APAC.
 
Must be senior, i.e. proactive, should be able to demonstrate that they can facilitate workshops/meetings, take a lead on change initiatives, propose and action on a plan
 
The Role
As a Senior Change Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering change initiatives at pace and with quality, ensuring alignment across teams and business goals. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you’ll support transformation programmes, conduct change impact assessments, and drive business readiness.
 
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate with teams to identify, analyse, and prioritise change initiatives across projects and BAU.
✅ Conduct change impact assessments to understand business implications and develop targeted interventions.
✅ Support teams in developing value cases and executive-level deliverables.
✅ Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring a smooth transition for teams.
✅ Act as a liaison between business and project teams, supporting stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
✅ Define and deliver training strategies, materials, and sessions to drive adoption.
✅ Provide regular updates and reports on change management progress to leadership teams.
✅ Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimisation.
 
What My Client is Looking For:
�� Experience in change management, transformation, or consulting (financial services background preferred).
�� Strong understanding of change frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
�� Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, building trust across teams.
�� Strong analytical mindset with a focus on business impact and value delivery.
�� Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable strategies.
�� Experience with project lifecycles across Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
�� Exposure to post-M&A integration projects (desirable).
�� Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, SharePoint, ERP, CRM (a plus).
